Getting and staying healthy has been one of my biggest focuses in the last two years. I’m largely inspired by the Blood Type Diet, which has been the most successful approach to food I have yet discovered. This led, most noticeably, to my becoming pescetarian along with cutting down my portion sizes, adding more fruit to my diet, buying more organic, backing WAY off of soda and paying more attention to gluten. I haven’t quit gluten or even really backed off that much, but being almost vegetarian, I can definitely appreciate having to so closely monitor one’s diet, looking for the smaller menu on an otherwise large one. I found this article interesting, particularly for that reason, and also because it’s encouraging to know that more restaurants have gluten-free options than I thought.
